- قاعدة The Compound Adjectives
The Compound adjective is two or more words can be combined to form one adjective joined by hyphens (-)
1- Cardinal numbers
(a,n) + number -Singular noun (time ,distance,year) + the described noun ( singular )
ex: A car has four doors ------> It`s a four-door car .
ex: The book consists of tow hundred pages ------> It`s a two hundred-page book .
2- Age
(a,n) + number - year - old + the described noun ( singular)
ex: Layla is 17 years old ------> She is a 17-year -old girl
3- Present , Past Participle , the parts of bodies
(a,n) + adjective - verb(v3,ing) or part of body + the described noun
ex : A man with a good looking ------> He is a good-looking man
ex : A cake made by hand -----> It`s a hand-made cake
